There may be lag during peak hours, it is recommended to avoid weekend nights! Use Chrome/Edge instead of IE (does anyone still use it these days?), the speed will soar.
6. How long can the downloaded file be saved? Will it expire?
Download it immediately after the transfer! The link will automatically expire after 15 minutes, so be quick, don't wait until you come back from dinner to find that it is cold.
7. Why is the MP4 option grayed out sometimes?
